The location was marvellous and stunning, within walking distance of a huge plaza. The room was silent, compact and than in the bedroom. The staff was polite and courteous and made us feel comfortable.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the superb location in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore Madrid on foot. The hostel was clean, cozy, and reasonably priced. The staff was helpful and the 24/7 reception was convenient.

convenient hotel located really close to royal palace, prado museum and retiro park, madrid and the metro and renfe station. exceptionally comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and a flat-screen tv with satellite channels, a mini bar fridge and a work desk in the room. very pleasant and helpful staff and quick to respond.
